We must approve all exchange requests. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to be approved. If approved, we will follow up with a return number that needs to be provided when shipped back to The Den. We approve requests Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST. You will also be contacted by e-mail when your return is processed. Items must be exchanged within 21 days of original ship date.
Worn, washed, and/or damaged items will not be accepted for exchange. Original tags must be attached & intact.
Refund or Store Credit: Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of order date. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns that do not meet our guidelines will be sent back at your own expense. You have the option to apply return shipping costs on your credit card or have the item(s) sent back in a future purchase.
Please Include your slip that arrived in your package in with your return. If you do not have the slip that came with your order, please email us and we will send you another copy. Please ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. We are not responsible for any lost packages that are sent to us
All returns are processed every Wednesday. If you sent a package that was received by us, please note that it will not be processed until the following Wednesday. Please allow 7 business days for the item(s) to be processed with an email back from customer service.
